Lamborghini takes luxury and craftsmanship to a whole new level with the unveiling of the Opera Unica: a one-of-a-kind Revuelto, meticulously crafted by the Ad Personam personalization department in collaboration with Lamborghini Centro Stile. This exclusive creation draws inspiration from the mesmerizing blues and breathtaking seascapes of Sardinia, one of Italy’s most captivating islands.
Presented in an unforgettable setting—a private dinner at the prestigious Cala di Volpe resort, nestled in the heart of the glamorous Costa Smeralda—this unique masterpiece celebrates the spirit of Sardinia’s coast. The Revuelto is not just a car; it’s an artistic homage to the island’s azure waters, rugged cliffs, and sun-drenched vistas.
Every detail of the Opera Unica has been designed to evoke the region’s natural beauty, from the custom-painted hues that reflect the island’s serene waters, to the hand-crafted interior that evokes the sophistication and elegance of Sardinia’s iconic landscapes. This car is a fusion of engineering excellence and Italian artistry, destined to become a symbol of automotive luxury unlike any other.
“A unique Lamborghini Opera Unica car celebrates the innovation, creativity and inherent art found within our super sports cars, which is at the heart of our brand,” says Stephan Winkelmann, Chairman and CEO. “Our clients can explore colorways, detailing, different materials, embroidery and finishes inside and out with Ad Personam to produce a Lamborghini that is truly personalized to them: this Opera Unica takes our creativity a step further, demonstrating paint techniques and interior finishes that are reserved for Opera Unica one-offs, presenting a truly unique art-piece reflecting the distinctive seascape and emotions of Italy’s most beautiful island destination.”
Creating the Opera Unica Revuelto was a labor of love, taking over 475 hours of expert craftsmanship beyond the standard production time. The exterior was transformed into a work of art through a painstaking process of masking, turning the car’s body into a canvas for intricate paintwork. The design features a unique mix of two-tone and three-tone fading, evoking the beauty of waves crashing against Sardinia’s cliffs. Special techniques were also applied to personalize the details, including the Start/Stop button cover and the car’s nominal plate.
Inside, the craftsmanship continues with 85 hours dedicated solely to the custom embroidery. The new tool created for this detail allowed for a delicate watery stitching effect, perfectly capturing the spirit of the island’s serene seascapes. Every inch of the Opera Unica has been thoughtfully designed, making this Lamborghini as much a masterpiece of art as of engineering.
The Opera Unica Revuelto is a true work of art, showcasing Lamborghini’s advanced Ad Personam paint techniques. Inspired by the stunning seas of Sardinia, the car’s unique design blends three shades of blue, each expertly applied by hand using brushes and spatulas to create special effects. These shades—Blu Tawaret, Blu Cepheus, and Blu Okeanos—bring to life the shimmering waters, waves, and deep-blue caves of the island’s coast.
The light Blu Tawaret serves as the base color on the front panels and roof, while the brighter Blu Cepheus creates a fading effect across the rear. Blu Okeanos adds a deeper layer of color on the bonnet and front splitter, giving the car a sense of depth and movement. The effect is enhanced by glossy black accents, carbon fiber details, and sleek Altanero rims with polished diamond edges. The painted waves flow across the rear of the car, mimicking the play of sunlight on the ocean’s surface, from the front to the sides and back, capturing the essence of Sardinia’s crystal-clear waters.
Inside the Opera Unica Revuelto, the interior design continues the theme of Sardinian beauty with a striking color scheme. The seats and upholstery are finished in Blu Delphinus, complemented by lighter Blu Amon on the seatbacks, door panels, and center console trim. White Bianco Leda stitching and piping provide a sharp contrast, highlighting the car’s refined details.
A special touch is added with the three-tone embroidery, crafted using a custom tool that blends Blu Amon, Blu Cepheus, and Bianco Leda threads. This stitching recalls the shimmering colors of Sardinia’s waters, creating a beautiful, dynamic effect across the seats, door panels, tunnel, and roofline. This unique design is mirrored on the Blu Mira carbon Opera Unica plaque on the rear wall and the Start/Stop button cover, tying the interior together in perfect harmony.
The Lamborghini Revuelto is a groundbreaking super sports car, marking the debut of the brand’s first V12 hybrid plug-in. It sets a new standard for performance, design, and driving enjoyment, built on an all-new architecture with cutting-edge aerodynamics and a revolutionary carbon frame.
Powering the Revuelto is a combined 1015 horsepower from a new V12 engine and three electric motors, paired with a double-clutch gearbox—Lamborghini’s first on a 12-cylinder model. The result? Lightning-fast acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h in just 2.5 seconds and a top speed over 350 km/h. The Revuelto isn’t just about raw power; it features electric torque vectoring and four-wheel drive, even in fully-electric mode, ensuring thrilling performance both on the track and for everyday driving. It’s the ultimate fusion of speed, innovation, and precision.
