Ferrari F80: The new supercar from Prancing Horse

Ferrari has just revealed its new Formula 1–inspired supercar, the 2026 Ferrari F80, which is sixth in a line of halo cars that runs from the 288GTO to the LaFerrari.

Adding to that power are three electric motors—two on the front axle for better handling and one between the engine and its eight-speed dual-clutch transmission—bringing the total output to an impressive 1,184 horsepower.

But what really stands out? The F80 generates an astonishing 2,315 pounds of downforce at 155 mph, more than many hypercars with massive wings. It achieves this through clever design, including an active rear wing that adjusts for maximum downforce and a specially shaped underbody that resembles a Formula 1 car. The front end is even designed like a giant wing, channeling air for optimal performance.
