To celebrate 60 years of Goldfinger, Aston Martin is teasing a stunning new grand tourer. This special car will have unique touches from their Q division and will pay homage to James Bond’s iconic style. It’s sure to be a blend of luxury and adventure!

Aston Martin is gearing up to unveil a special edition of the DB12, inspired by the classic James Bond film Goldfinger. Through an exciting social media campaign, they’ve teased the silhouette of this new grand tourer alongside iconic clips from the 1964 movie that made the DB5 famous.

The reveal is set for Monday, October 14, just in time for the 60th anniversary of Goldfinger. This film not only defined Sean Connery as 007 but also solidified Aston Martin’s legendary connection with the world’s most famous spy.

The Aston Martin DB5 is one of the most famous movie cars ever, thanks to its role in the 1964 James Bond classic Goldfinger. This iconic car has become a pop culture symbol, and Aston Martin’s connection with the Bond franchise has inspired many limited-edition models over the years.

In 2020, Aston Martin recreated the DB5 with the £3.3 million DB5 Goldfinger Continuation, complete with replicas of the original gadgets—though they skipped the famous ejector seat. Only 25 of these exclusive cars were made to celebrate the release of No Time to Die.

Now, as Goldfinger marks its 60th anniversary, Aston Martin is revisiting its Bond legacy with a teaser for a special edition DB12. The video hints at luxurious golden accents and features from the automaker’s Q division, named after Bond’s gadget genius. It even includes a nod to Q’s famous quote, “I never joke about my work, 007,” suggesting this edition will be packed with unique Bond-inspired touches.
