August is here, and so is Monterey Car Week! Maserati just teased a new “super sports car” they’ll unveil at the event. Get ready for some exciting car reveals!
Maserati just teased a new car that’s a step up from the MC20. They say it’s got the racing vibe of the Maserati GT2 but with a fresh twist. All we have so far is a single teaser photo, so stay tuned for more details!
The teaser reveals a bold new look with sharp vents on the front fender. Unlike the track-focused GT2 or MCXtrema, this new car looks much like the regular MC20, hinting it will be street legal.
The new model will probably keep the powerful twin-turbo V6 from the MC20, which delivers 621 horsepower and 538 lb-ft of torque. This engine rockets the MC20 to 60 mph in just 3.2 seconds!
The new car will make its debut at The Quail during Monterey Car Week on Friday, August 16. Maserati will also showcase the MCXtrema and the exclusive MC20 Icona at the event.
